Refund & Cancellation Policy

Recurring billing

LevelScan membership is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the Membership section of your account area. You are never required to email us or speak with anyone to cancel.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Where applicable, access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which dashboard access ends.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Account retention

Your account is not deleted automatically when membership ends. You can resubscribe later at the then-current regular price.
