Terms of Service

1. The service

LevelScan is a paid membership that provides general, impersonal technical stock research and educational information in an organized dashboard. LevelScan is operated by GF Innovative Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company. LevelScan is a brand and service of that company and is not itself a separate corporation. These Terms are between you and GF Innovative Investments LLC, operator of LevelScan.

2. Eligibility and legal capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account and hold a membership.

3. Member accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. A membership is for individual use by one person.

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Permitted use

You may use LevelScan content for your own personal research. You may view, sort, save and reference member content inside the application.

6. Prohibited misuse

• Sharing, reselling, republishing or redistributing member content.
• Sharing account access with other people.
• Scraping, bulk downloading or automated harvesting of content.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, payment requirements or security measures.
• Using the service unlawfully or to harass other members or staff.

7. Intellectual property

Research content, layouts, text and branding on LevelScan are owned by GF Innovative Investments LLC and are provided to you under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use.

8. Membership subscriptions

Membership is a paid monthly subscription. Payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. There is no free trial.

9. Automatic monthly renewal

Your membership renews monthly until canceled. By subscribing you authorize the recurring monthly charge shown at checkout.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future recurring charges.

11. Founding membership pricing

Founding membership pricing is available to the first 50 qualifying live paying members. Test or sandbox subscriptions do not consume a founding place. A founding member keeps the founding rate while the membership remains continuously active. If a founding membership ends and the member later resubscribes, the then-current regular price applies.

12. Access after cancellation

Access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Access ends when that period ends.

13. Payment failures

If a payment fails, membership access may be suspended or ended. You can update your payment method from your account area.

14. General research, no personalized advice

LevelScan provides general and impersonal research only. It does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, recommendations, or instructions to buy, sell or hold any security. See the Financial Disclaimer.

15. Investment risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible partial or total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

16. Third-party services and links

LevelScan relies on third-party providers, including our hosting and database platform and our payment processor, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

The service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GF Innovative Investments LLC is not liable for investment losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the twelve months before the claim.

19. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, breach these terms or create legal or security risk.

20. Changes to the service

Features, content coverage and pricing may change over time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to a billing period already paid for.

21. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to members, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

23. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any applicable law that cannot be overridden by agreement.
